A comprehensive survey of the brands and price-points of women's winter parkas.
During our first winter in NYC, a friend was looking to buy a new winter parka and asked for my recommendation, knowing my tendency to go deep into researching consumer items. I pulled together this list of women’s parkas, complete with direct links and price brackets.
Based on an informal survey of what I’ve seen around NYC now that I recognize brand labels, the most popular seems to be Canada Goose (by a huge margin) followed by Fjallraven, with some brightly colored and easily recognized Moose Knuckles here and there.
